As a member of the Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS) team, you will provide support to Visa cardholders around the world in more than 30 languages. This includes providing emergency card replacement, resetting passwords, and reporting lost or stolen cards. You will also respond to general inquiries on Visa programs and benefits, and transfer customers as necessary to their issuing bank or a Third-Party service provider. This role requires you to adhere to established policies and guidelines while providing quality customer service.
