Dolores Cannon began conducting past life regression sessions at a time when the New Age movement was in its infant stages and the concept of reincarnation was unheard of. One day, midway through a session with a woman who Dolores and her husband Johnny had hypnotized, the woman suddenly started describing scenes from her past lives, all the way back to when she was first created by God. Dolores and Johnny watched as the woman literally transformed into a different personality with distinct vocal patterns and body mannerisms.
In subsequent years, Dolores worked with hundreds of clients experiencing similar phenomena. She refined her hypnosis technique, incorporating shortcuts to achieve the somnambulistic trance state more quickly and easily. This allowed her to shut off the client’s conscious mind and communicate directly with their Subconscious. Dolores discovered that the Subconscious is able to answer all questions, including those about previous lives.
Over the course of her career, Dolores noticed that some people reported having a very deep sadness and a yearning to return home. She realized that these individuals were ‘First Time Reincarnates’, people who have never had a life on Earth before, and have volunteered to come to this time period in order to assist humanity raise its vibration in the process of ascension.
